Louise brings over two decades of global experience across digital, media, technology and governance. She is on the Board of the ABC where she chairs the Audit and Risk committee and the board of ASX-edtech Cluey Learning.
She is a member of the founding consortium of US-based AIUC-1, the first standard for AI agents, and on the Advisory Board of the Centre for AI Trust and Governance at the University of Sydney. She has completed AI Strategy, Safety and Ethics courses at the Center for AI Safety and Blue Dot Impact.
Louise has worked in Australia, the UK and US where she has advised organisations navigating complex technology transformations. She has held CEO and board roles across ASX-listed companies, government bodies and not-for-profits.
